Formation of Contract

You offer to purchase products from us through our website is made by completing and submitting your order. We will confirm our acceptance of your offer, by providing you with an order reference number.
Once we provide you with the order reference number a binding contract is formed.

Australia Website

We \sell and deliver within mainland Australia and mainland Tasmania, if you are wishing to purchase a product from Wolfman Records and you live overseas we can provide you with a quote for shipping costs. Nil charges will be applied till a confirmation email from you, stating you wish to continue with the transaction. Charges will apply when we have this confirmation. We will provide you with an order reference number once we confirm our acceptance of your order.

Legal Capacity to Transact

There are no age restrictions when purchasing products from our online store, however we do suggest that parental guidance/approval when customers under the age of 16 purchase from our website; as a number of our products have explicit warnings related to the content contained on the product.

Processing your Order

Upon completing your order and submitting it through the checkout system, an order reference number will be issued to you via a confirmation email.
Upon processing your order and receiving payment we will send you a confirmation email, which is your Tax Invoice.
If we cannot process your order after receiving payment, we will contact you using the details entered at the checkout.

Payment Methods and Processing

Our current payment method is completed through PayPal.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public holidays.
We process payments only after you successfully complete the checkout.
Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase and is required for returns.


All purchases on applicable Products include GST at the rate of 10%.


We do our best to keep stock of most items listed on our website. However due to the volume and timing of orders received we cannot guarantee stock availability at any specific time.

In the event of stock-outs we will notify customers as soon as possible after their order is received. Customers will have the option to cancel their order, accept an alternative product, or accept an extended delivery schedule.

Out of Stock Items:

The products stated that are “currently out of stock” or by the number “0” in the total stock available, are able to be ordered as a special order if you desire. Product delivery from our suppliers can take up to 10 business days or more depending on the product availability. In the case of extended ordering-to-delivery time we will notify you of any changes and give you the option continue or cancel the order.

Title and Risk

Title to and risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery from us.

Cancelled Orders

Please choose carefully and review all products in your shopping bag when completing the checkout process, as your order cannot be cancelled once we have provided you with an order reference number.

Please provide a physical delivery address and include business name if delivering to a business address.

All shipping estimates are from when payment is received by Wolfman Records. Estimates are based on Australia Post shipping time.

Delivery in Australia: Parcel post

Registered Post service will be delivered by Australia Post and requires a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for it. Otherwise a card will be left and your parcel will need to be collected from your local post office.
Please note Australia Post only deliver from Monday to Friday.

Vinyls - All Vinyls  products ordered the postage cost is $20, once weight of package (Order) exceeds 1.5kg (Aprox 6 singl LP's) further costs will be incured and added to invoice. 
Posters - All poster products ordered the postage cost is $10, once weight of package (Order) exceeds 1.5kg  further costs will be incured and added to invoice.

Wolfman Records is happy to offer customers a refund or an exchange, for items purchased online, which are different to how it was described, or if goods are damaged. Other returns or exchanges are accepted on goods and will require proof of purchase.
Your item/s must be in its original unused condition to be returned.
You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 
We pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging it for the item you ordered (i.e. received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For any other returns, shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. If you received free shipping then actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is different to how it was described or damaged please take a photo of the item/s and attach to e-mail along with your order reference number within 48 hours of receipt. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible (subject to availability)

If you are using Australia Post, please return item via registered post to make sure the goods reach their destination. We can't accept liability for any damages en route. 
Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.  Please allow up to seven days from item receipt for the refund to process.
