Doors, The - Strange Days [LP] (180 Gram Vinyl)

Strange Days is the second studio album by the American rock band The Doors, released in September 1967. Much like their debut album, Strange Days features several moody, authentically odd songs. Many of the songs on Strange Days had been written around the same time as the ones that appeared on The Doors, therefore it is said that the best songs had been cherry picked for the debut album. For that reason, the Band's second effort isn't as consistently stunning as their debut, though overall it's a very successful continuation of their classic blues/psychedelic rock.
